Founder & Managing Director

Norisma Ismail is Certified in Exhibition Management® (CEM) with over 20 years of proven experience in the Business Events industry. Before founding Opulence Exhibition Services, Norisma spent a decade strengthening her expertise in Exhibition Sales and Project Management. She has extensive experience as an Exhibitor, Exhibition Organiser, and in promoting Malaysia as a preferred Business Events destination.

Her role at the Malaysia Convention & Exhibition Bureau (MyCEB), an agency under the Ministry of Tourism, Arts & Culture Malaysia (MOTAC), further strengthened her ability to build valuable connections between Malaysia, international associations, and key industry stakeholders.
Beyond Malaysia, Norisma’s professional capabilities are well recognised by industry professionals internationally, including in the United Kingdom, Singapore, China, and Bahrain.

    With 7 years experience managing professional business events like CYDES, DSA & MIHAS, Hadhri’s strong communication skills ensure relationships and coordination with clients & stakeholders across all levels flourish with success.

    Din is a versatile creative skilled in graphic design, social media design, and content creation. He specializes in logos, t-shirts, corporate identities, and below-the-line marketing. With expertise in video editing and event management, Din can craft engaging visuals and seamlessly coordinate vendors for memorable events.
