Meet Our Founder

Founder and Managing Director Norisma Ismail is Certified in Exhibition Management® (CEM) with a proven 20-year track record in delivering successful results.

Before founding Opulence Exhibition Services, Norisma spent the last decade solidifying her capabilities in Business Events.

Not only does she excel in Exhibition Sales & Project Management, she also serves as a strong link in building valuable relationships between Malaysia, international associations, and key stakeholders in the Business Events industry.

She has vast experience playing the role of Exhibitor, Exhibition Organiser, and most recently as an individual responsible for promoting Malaysia as the preferred Business Events destination.

The latter was accomplished through her role at the Malaysia Convention & Exhibition Bureau (MyCEB) - an agency under the Ministry of Tourism, Arts & Culture Malaysia (MOTAC).

Besides key industry players within Malaysia, Norisma’s professional capabilities are also highly commended among industry professionals on a global scale across the United Kingdom, Singapore, China, and Bahrain.
