We cannot guarantee all actual products will be exactly the same shown on the monitor as that is depending on the user monitor.

User shall agree that Opulence Exhibition Services may send newsletter regarding the latest news/products/promotions etc. through email to the user.

Refunds/Cancellation

For Conference Delegates attending an Opulence Exhibitions Services Event, the following will always apply:

A. Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

B. Opulence Exhibition Services reserves the right to cancel the registration if payment is not received before the event date.

C. Full fee is charged regardless if the delegate chooses to not attend for the full duration of the event

D. A Processing fee amounting to 30% of the delegate fee will be charged for any cancellation more than 30 days from the start date of the conference.

E. No Refund will be given for any cancellations advised less than 30 days from the start date of the conference.

F. Cancellations must be put in writing to the assigned email registration address supplied on confirmation.
